Many times, I asked myself if I have made a right decision, whether choosing this direction will lead me to the right path. I just left my job, and decided to go on an unexpected journey with my four friends. That will mean that I won’t have a stable income, and that I will have to sacrifice most of my time for this journey. To be honest, I’m unsure of what this path will bring me to, I can’t predict if this will bring me to success, I began to worry about how I can even make through the first stage. Money is the main issue. But there are things that keep me going –
1. My team who I enjoyed walking through the journey with, I will definitely enjoy the process and appreciate every moment that I will be going through with them. I’m lucky to meet these passionate friends who share the same mentality.
3. The support and encouragement I got from my family and friends, which really meant a lot to me.
2. And lastly, the excitement of what is going to happen next, I will learn and experience the things that not everyone will get to experience. Even though I can’t see what’s ahead of us, I will want to take the challenge, do my best to make this happen and move towards our goal.
“I have come to accept the feeling of not knowing where I am going. And I have trained myself to love it. Because it is only when we are suspended in mid-air with no landing in sight, that we force our wings to unravel and alas begin our flight. And as we fly, we still may not know where we are going to. But the miracle is in the unfolding of the wings. You may not know where you’re going, but you know that so long as you spread your wings, the winds will carry you.”
